Within months of that first trip to Iceland, the photographer conceived the boldest expedition of his life: The Extreme Ice Survey. With a band of young adventurers in tow, Balog began deploying revolutionary time-lapse cameras across the brutal Arctic to capture a multi-year record of the world's changing glaciers.

April 12th 2017 - Free screening of "Revolution". Filmed over four years in 15 countries, Revolution captures some of the most remarkable wildlife spectacles ever recorded, and gives audiences a first-hand look into the biggest battle ever fought.

March 8th 2017 - Free screening of "Demain", a hugely positive, affirming and inspirational film, exploring much needed creative solutions in the fields of food, energy, transport, economics and education.

February 8th 2017 - Free screening of "Population Boom", a well-known nightmarish vision of the future: The Earth's population reaches seven billion.

January 11th 2017 - Free screening of the three short films; "The Case for Optimism", "A Time to Cycle", "A Film about Organic Lea".

Students and academics from the University of Bedfordshire joined together with businesses, local councils and community organisations in a half day event aimed at sharing approaches and practices to tackle climate change (Wed 23 Nov).
