A LECTURER at the University of Bedfordshire’s Business School has jointly won the Best Paper Award at the  International Council for Small Business (ICSB) conference, in Puerto Rico. 

HOMELESS young people in Luton could benefit from psychological therapy thanks to an innovative project which has received more than £280,000 worth of Lottery funding.
