How to pay your fees
Payment methods and instalment plan information
It is easier to pay your fees in advance of registration. The University accepts payments only in £ Sterling.
If you wish to pay accommodation fees you can do this via the Student Village website
Online payments
Payment can be made online via your e:Vision account
If you do not have an e:Vision account or have lost your username/password please contact your faculty office at the University.
Payment is accepted via most major credit or debit cards (1).
International pre-payment of tuition fees (new applicants)
The University of Bedfordshire has partnered with Flywire to provide an online payment portal for our applicants.
To accept your offer, we require a prepayment (deposit) to progress your application further. Please refer to your offer letter for details of how to pay via our Flywire portal.
By paying this, you are accepting your offer and the University's Terms and Conditions, including our Tuition Fee Policy and Admissions Policy. Your deposit is fully refundable up until the point of CAS issuance.

Please keep your receipt and details of your bank transfer in a safe place and bring them with you when you register.
Payment by Direct Debit or Standing Order
All students are encouraged to pay their fees in full at or before registration.
If your tuition fees are not paid in full at or before registration you will need to make arrangements for the balance to be paid when you register. This can be done via the University's instalment plan, details of which are below. Note that this is only available to students with a UK bank account (excluding Metro Bank).
Please note the university is currently not accepting payments by phone.

^ This applies only to students who do not have a postgraduate loan and who are paying their own fees. Instalment plans for students who are in receipt of a postgraduate loan from the SLC will be matched to the schedule of SLC disbursements.
* This represents the end of the month following the course start date e.g. for an October starter the 2nd month would be November and the 4th month would be January.
Notes
- (1) The University regrets to advise students that we are not able to accept payment by American Express or Diners Club cards.
- (2) The University does not offer payment plans for amounts under £1,000 or for tuition fees covering a period of one semester or less.
- (3) The University reserves the right to increase tuition fees by no more than inflation.
