Every year the University supports a student and staff focused sustainability campaign called "Go Green Week", which is primarily run by the Students' Union - BedsSU

This year, we supersized a week into a month.

The University ran a month long sustainability awareness campaign at both Luton & Bedford Campus libraries, with a number of activities and themes to encourage students and staff to be greener.

Thermal Reusable Mug offer

To support our students and staff in being greener, the University will be selling University of Bedfordshire branded thermal mugs for just £1. The full cost of these mugs are being subsidised by the University to try and reduce the number of disposable cups that are used on campus. The thermal mugs can be bought at café outlets at our Luton and Bedford campuses.

Those that are using their own mug, or one of our new thermal mugs, when buying a hot drink at our are entitled to 10p off the cost of all hot drinks.
