The University of Bedfordshire holds regular Sustainability Steering Group meetings (SSG), The meetings occur on every two months throughout the calendar year.

The sustainability steering group is chaired by a member of the Vice Chancellor's Executive Group and is attended by various stakeholders including academic and support staff, students and union members.

If stakeholders wish to take part in the consultation of the Ethical Investment Policy, the sustainability steering group meeting is the forum to do so.

Vice Chancellor's  Annual Public Lecture

During his annual public lecture, the Vice Chancellor and Chief Executive of the University of Bedfordshire announced that the University is taking a lead in divesting in fossil fuels.
