Beds Student Union (BEDS SU):
- Visit the Beds SU Helpdesk for self-help resources, including a video on how to write an appeal Completing your UoB Academic Appeal Form - YouTube. If you have concerns about academic appeals and cannot gain independent advise please contact adjudication@beds.ac.uk to advice you are awaiting an appointment with the Beds SU.

Student Engagement and Mitigation (SEAM) Support:
- Need to apply for extensions or re-assessments? Downloads a mitigation applications form Mitigation and email your completed form to: Mitigation@beds.ac.uk
- For general advice and support on range of issues that might be impacting on your attendance, ability to submit work and progression on your course, or thinking about interrupting or withdrawing from your studies, email Student Engagement on: studentengagement@beds.ac.uk
Health and Wellbeing Support:
- Have a diagnosed long term health condition or disability including learning disability. Disability Support is available by emailing: Disability@beds.ac.uk
- Support with mental health and wellbeing including practical advice and guidance for students, is available by emailing: Mentalhealth@beds.ac.uk
- Access to counselling if students are experiencing any problems of a personal or emotional nature that may be interfering with academic work and life. Support is available by emailing: Counselling@beds.ac.uk
Money Advice:
- Student Money Advice, including student bursary and cost of living hardship fund. Support is available by emailing: studentmoney@beds.ac.uk or visiting Student Money Advice
Financial/ Fee Advice:

Luton:

- Age Concern Luton is Luton’s largest charity working with older people and has been helping older people and their carers get the services they need.
Buckinghamshire:
- Carers Milton Keynes supports unpaid carers and young carers in Milton Keynes from aged 8 onwards. They provide advice, information, emotional support and workshops and training. Telephone: 01908 231703 or email mail@carersmiltonkeynes.org

Northamptonshire:
- Northamptonshire Carers exists to make positive changes to Carers lives, reach out to you, value and champion all carers and those that look after.
Hertfordshire:
- Hertfordshire/Hemel Hempstead - Carers Support | Hertfordshire Mind Network
- Carers in Hertfordshire provide advice, information and support to unpaid carers – people looking after someone who is elderly, disabled, has physical or mental illness or misuses drugs or alcohol. Support carers of all ages, children and adults if they live, work or care in Hertfordshire. Call 01992 586969.
Birmingham:
- Birmingham Carers Hub is there for you if you support someone in Birmingham who needs your help due to a disability, serious illness, frailty or addiction.
London:
- Carers UK London, find your local support centre near you including local provider of respite care, practical or financial support.
