Telephone Counselling
We offer confidential telephone counselling to students on campuses where there is no on-site service.
How do I make an appointment?
Email the Counselling Service requesting a telephone appointment: counselling@beds.ac.uk.
What will happen next?
You will be sent a pre-assessment questionnaire to complete. This is confidential to the counselling service.
Return the completed questionnaire and a counsellor will contact you to discuss your needs.
How many sessions will I have?
We offer up to 6 sessions. Each session lasts 30 minutes
You will need an environment where you can talk privately and won't be disturbed.
A counsellor will call you from a confidential room at the agreed time.
