Re-energise
A programme to support a healthy body and a healthy mind
Are you affected by low mood, mild to moderate anxiety, social anxiety or low self-esteem?
Do you want to do something that may help you feel better? Improve your ability to study effectively? Take control of your life? Enrich your relationships?
RE-ENERGISE is a 6 week body-mind programme for University of Bedfordshire students supported by the Aspire Gyms and the Health & Wellbeing Team.
The Counselling Service
Contact the Counselling Service and make a request about signing up to the programme. We will ask you to fill in a form so we know more about you. We will invite you for an initial meeting to discuss your support needs and decide whether the programme is for you.
