Community at Bedfordshire
At the University of Bedfordshire, we work with you - our students - to provide an outstanding student experience.
Become part of the Bedfordshire community
Our Community Partnership Agreement identifies what it means to be part of our community and demonstrates our commitment to partnership working.
Examples of partnership working include:
- Bedfordshire Students' Union President as member of the University Executive Group
- Vice Chancellor's Student Experience Projects Fund
- Students on interview panels
- Students co-creating and reviewing courses
- Student/staff shadowing
- Student Course Reps
I have enjoyed being part of the course in general. I have liked promoting and developing my course as a student ambassador and inspiring other students firstly to enrol on the course and secondly to push themselves to work hard on the course.
I have enjoyed starting my professional portfolio in first year and continuing to develop it throughout the 3 years of my course. I have also enjoyed the pitch side work completed in 2nd year, with all of the skills that accompanied that experience: diagnosing sports injuries; special tests; strapping and taping.
Finally, I think that the staff are all a positive aspect of the course as they are all enthusiastic about their subject areas and are all willing to help the students better understand the course content.
