The Luton Gym has state of the art cardiovascular equipment with iPhone compatibility. There is also an extensive range of fixed resistance machines and a small free weights area.

The Luton site has changing rooms with showers and lockers for members to use. The Luton gym can be found in building A on the campus map [PDF]

Thinking of Joining?

From the 1^st of September 2023, current students and staff of the University of Bedfordshire can sign up to a free gym membership.

This membership will also give you free Get Active sessions. To sign up please follow the instructions in the video below.

Gym Inductions

To use the gym, you must first have an induction. This will ensure you feel safe and comfortable using the equipment correctly.

You can either watch the induction video below and declare you have understood everything on arriving for your first session or book a face-to-face induction by calling the Gym reception on 01582 743696.

Please remember you must first sign up for your free membership before booking a face-to-face induction.

UNIversal Gym membership

We are excited to partner with British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) on the UNIversal Gym membership

This program allows staff and students at the University, to access fitness facilities in over 70 different universities across the UK free of charge.

This would be ideal for students who live near one of the universities or visiting friends at one of the universities on the list
