What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a proven methodology aimed at improving productivity, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.

Our Lean Six Sigma courses are delivered by The Lean Six Sigma Company, whose course content has been certified for the ISO 18404 and ISO 13053 standards. This means that the knowledge, skills, and competences taught during our courses are entirely in line with the international standards of Lean Six Sigma, as described by the ISO.
