APMG - Change Management™

Managing change and dealing with the impact of change is a high priority for many organisations. This course, accredited by APMG International, will help you and your business come to terms with change and manage the process towards a positive outcome.

The course will look at the theory of how an individual, team, organisation and leader are each affected by change.

The course enables you to:

• Understand how people react to change and how to manage that process
• Attain a unique, tailored change management process for the whole team, based on the needs of the organisation
• Ensure change initiatives are successfully implemented

On successful completion an exam, delegates receive a Change Management Certificate. This will allow them to apply for Change Management Institute accreditation.

Location

Our Change Management Courses are online. However on our University campus in Luton, we will have a room for the course with the trainer on screen. Where you have the experience being in a classroom and being able to work with the other delegates on the course. The exam is online to give delegates flexibility as to where they choose to do the exam.
