This letter is only for registered Research Students. If you are not a Research Student you should request letters from SID

This form should be used by Research Students to request the release of data held on your student record by the University of Bedfordshire.

Please note letter request forms take 5 working days for the SiD/RGS to process, and that we are only able to send PDFs of requested letters to your University email account.

This letter is for International Research Students who are going to leave the country whilst registered on the course for Annual Leave or Data Collection.

Please Note: Filling in this form does not give you permission to leave the country, this is just to request a letter confirming your absence has been approved.

No UK Leave Letter will be issued to you until we have received confirmation that you leave has been approved by the International Office.
