National Patient Safety Agency

Although the National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) stopped operating in 2012 the web site still contains a lot of valuable patient safety information. The alerts and advice issued by the NPSA is still utilised within the NHS except where superceeded my new guidance. Details can be found at http://www.npsa.nhs.uk/

NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement

Like the NPSA, the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement is no longer operating but useful resources can still be found at the web site.
