John Grisby is a Professor of Practice (Leadership), industry consultant and author. He has a track record of helping leaders transform their roles, organisations and sectors. John is a specialised Leadership Transformation Partner, accelerating leadership capacity building, driving change & transformation from strategy to execution in '4.0' environments of complexity, change, and problems.

John's leadership expertise results from 25 years of experience in human performance and development. His multi-disciplined background/roles include Executive Coaching in Performance (EMCC Coaching Senior Practitioner), Cross-Cultural Organisations (Maastricht University), Organisational Change Strategy (Adizes Institute), Leadership Mindset Systems/Structures (Dr. Don Beck, Spiral Dynamics), and Professor of Practice in Leadership (UBBS). He holds an MA in Global Communications, HE Fellow, CMBE, and CMgr MCMI.

John has worked with leaders in family-owned, mid-sized and corporate organisations across multiple sectors and lived worldwide in Europe, the USA, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. He is tri-lingual (English, Spanish, and Italian).


Matty is a dedicated and skilled network engineer with a passion for both wired and wireless network configurations. His journey in the world of networking began during his university years and has since blossomed into a successful career at Switchshop Limited.

Education

Matty earned a First-Class degree in Computer Science from the University of Hull, where he discovered his passion for networking. During his third year, he took a module in networking and wireless design, scoring the highest in his cohort and igniting a lifelong interest in the field.

Professional Experience

With nearly four years of experience at Switchshop Limited, Matty has honed his skills in configuring both wired and wireless networks. His expertise and dedication have made him a valuable asset to the company and its clients.

Dominika Kalinowska (BSc, MSc, DHP Acc. Hyp.) is a psychologist, certified hypnotherapist, and EFT Practitioner. She also works as an Applicant Engagement Manager at Cranfield University, where she manages a team of 100 Student Ambassadors per year. Dominika is the author of the "365 Reflections Journal," available on Amazon.

She runs two YouTube channels focused on studying in the UK and mental health, with over 100K views. Currently, Dominika is building her therapy centre, Relief Therapies, in the heart of Bedford and online.

Yes, all of our campuses have disability access throughout the buildings. 


Yes there will be tours of the accommodation. 


Yes there are subject talks running at 12pm on both campuses. You will also have the chance to talk to academics one on one before and after these talks.  


We will provide light refreshments on the day such as tea, coffee and biscuits. There is a canteen where you will be able to buy food and drinks.
