This applies both during your exam period, and when you are revising. Having a healthy, balanced diet helps make sure that our bodies get all the nutrients needed to work well from day to day.
Regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help make you feel less stressed, more energised and also improves memory and cognitive performance. Our Get Active Scheme offers FREE exercises classes to all students – you can sign up today and book on to one of their classes.
