Speaking about this event, David Williams, Chair University Staff LGBTQ+ Network, said: “Staff networks and allies play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive, supportive and diverse workplace for all organisations. We invite everyone to join our event to celebrate best practices and discuss how to drive employee engagement.  We will be joined by representatives from 13 universities, together with local communities and staff and students from the University of Bedfordshire, for what should be a fascinating session.”

The University’s Staff LGTBQ+ Network is open to any staff member, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, and the allies that support them. Find out more here.
