Clearing 2024: Applying last minute helped me realise my career path

A Media graduate has described how applying to study at the University of Bedfordshire through Clearing helped him to realise his career potential and go on to work for Luton Town FC.

Media Production graduate – and current Luton Town FC Digital Content Lead – Luke Gregory shares his study journey below…

I studied Media Production (Radio) and graduated in 2016. I chose it as I always had an interest in being on the radio and wanted to expand my skills further.

Being involved in running the radio station, Radio LaB, in my final year with a brilliant group of people!

It gave me time to realise the career path I wanted to follow. It helped me grow as a person professionally as well.

I am currently digital content lead at Luton Town FC. Having the time to explore the career I wanted at university allowed me to search for work experience in the field which did massively help out.

Pick something you’re passionate about but also be open with the direction your career might go in.
