Bedfordshire Enactus team make it to national finals

A group of University of Bedfordshire students reached the semi-finals of the prestigious Enactus national competition.

The team showcased their social and community projects at the ExCeL in London to business executives serving as judges. One judge commented on the integrity and desire for social change shown by the team.

The Bedfordshire Enactus team are:

Enactus University Adviser Paul Harrison from the Careers and Employability Service said: “Once again we saw Enactus Bedfordshire perform excellently under pressure against some of the best teams in the country. The whole team, and supporting Enactus members who travelled to watch, were a credit to the University.”

The team were one of 42 teams from across the UK competing in the Enactus UK 2017 National Expo, and this is the third year Bedfordshire students have made it to the semi-finals.

The winners will go on to represent the UK in the Enactus World Cup 2017 in September.
