Bedford students kick off graduation season in style
Tue 18 July, 2017The sun shone today (Mon 17 July) as graduation season at the University of Bedfordshire got underway in style.
Students from the faculties of Education & Sport and Creative Arts, Technology & Science, who studied at the University’s Bedford campus, donned their caps and gowns and graduated in front of proud family and friends.
The ceremonies concluded years of hard work and study for the students, who completed degrees in a range of subjects, including Primary Years Education, Applied Disability Studies and Early Years Studies.
The University’s Vice Chancellor Bill Rammell, offered his congratulations to the Class of 2017, telling the graduates: “Today we celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students. We share together that immense sense of pride that comes with a battle well-fought, challenges faced and barriers overcome.
“Resolve here and now to be bold and courageous in choosing to value not only what you have achieved in the past, but all of the potential you have to do great things in the future.”
