The programme is open to anyone aged 19-25. All places are free and there are no qualifications needed to apply.

We are happy to hear from young people who are unemployed, volunteering, in education or in work - the only thing they need is a passion to create change in the community!

If you work with young people or know of someone who is interested in developing themselves, gaining new skills and increasing their employability please encourage them to apply or get in touch with us - we are happy to speak to groups and individuals about the opportunity. The programme could also help someone already in employment who wants to develop key skills and confidence.

We run two programmes - one in Bedford and one in Luton. Applicants from across Bedfordshire can apply to whichever one is easiest for them to get to. In some cases we can consider assisting with travel costs.

Within the programme the groups get to meet different local leaders from across many sectors. We take groups to London to visit the Houses of Parliament and other national institutions.
