Professor calls for urgent support for care home ‘silent minority’ ahead of World Diabetes Day

A diabetes expert from the University of Bedfordshire has called for urgent support for the “silent minority” in care homes to avoid “unnecessary suffering and even premature deaths” ahead of World Diabetes Day, on Wednesday, 14 November.
