Why is the University introducing a new app?
Following a review of our old app, we’ve been hard at work implementing your feedback to update and redesign our student app to create a more personalised, seamless and simple platform for you to access all your student life essentials in one handy place.
Do I need to download the new app if I already have the MyBedsLife app on my phone?
Yes. All the new features will only be available in the brand new MyBedsLife app. You can download it on the Apple App Store or the Google Play store now.
The old app will stop working by the end of February 2025, so we encourage you to switch today to enjoy all the new features and support options.
What will happen with the old app?
As the brand-new app is being introduced, the old app will be discontinued at the end of February 2025. We encourage you to switch today to enjoy all the new features and best support options.

Why do I need an app?
The app is made so you can find everything you need for student life at Bedfordshire in one place. The app is frequently updated so you’ll always get the most up-to-date information about events, campus services and support options.
How do I download the new app?
You can download MyBedsLife on the Apple App Store or the Google Play store now.

What do I do if I can’t download the app?
If you have any issues while downloading the app, please email studentcommunications@beds.ac.uk.

How do I report a problem in the app?
Once you have downloaded the app, if you encounter any issues, you can let us know by clicking on ‘Settings’, on the bottom right tab of your screen, and selecting ‘Report a problem’. Your request will be logged, and someone will come back to you to help you resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Can I access the app from my laptop?
Yes. Visit mybedslife.campuscoach.cloud then log in with your normal login details.
