Located on our Luton and Bedford campuses, our free Aspire Gyms offer a wide range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, and a free-weights area.

There are changing facilities at each gym, equipped with showers and lockers for your convenience - and with the convenience of being located on campus, you can fit your fitness routine around your studies.

Once you join the University, it's easy to become a member of the Aspire Gym: just come down to the gym reception during opening hours and talk to a member of staff.
