Law clinic
Undergraduate students of the University’s Law School have the opportunity to gain real-life experience by providing legal advice and guidance to members of the public in areas relating to housing, consumer and employment law.
Volunteering at the Law Clinic provides you with the full conduct of cases on behalf of the clients such as administering, supporting and providing guidance on the legal process. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure that you have the necessary skills and techniques to interview and support clients. Trained staff will be available at all times to assist you.
Working on live cases broadens your knowledge and provides you with an insight into the industry whilst studying for your degree.
It also helps to enhance your employability and develop transferable skills such as communication, presentation and professionalism.
