Want to be a voice for your fellow students? As a course representative you'll be responsible for taking your peers' ideas, thoughts and feedback to course and faculty meetings, ensuring that the student voice is being heard and represented.

By acting as a course representative you'll have the opportunity to develop various transferable skills, enhancing your CV and differentiating yourself from other graduates.

It can also provide you with a greater understanding of the University and build upon your professionalism, as you attend and present your ideas to various faculty and staff members.

As a course representative, you'll receive training and support throughout the year from Beds SU, as they work with you to develop valuable skills that will increase your chances of employment including communication, timekeeping, handling negative feedback, negotiation, problem-solving reflection, networking, assertiveness, public speaking and many more.
