This is a facility dedicated to Television Production. There is a multi camera studio with four JVC cameras, Autocue, LED lighting rig, raked audience seating, white, black or chromakey blue backdrops. The control room has a digital lighting desk, sound desk, talkback, vision mixer, 65" plasma multi view screen, Autocue software, computers to play in video inserts and to record productions, and an engineering area. Next to the studio are male and female dressing rooms and a small props/costume store.

In this space Television Production students learn how to operate all the equipment to enable them to make TV programmes. Productions include factual interviews, children's programmes, music performance, drama and entertainment. Programmes are often recorded in front of a live studio audience and transmitted live online.

Media Performance students also use this space to learn how to present TV productions and perform for the camera.

The TV studio is industry standard and is used by BBC for live transmissions, providing valuable opportunities for students to work alongside BBC staff.
