My role as Language Centre Administrator includes providing administrative support to the students and the team, and the main duties consist of mainly answering general students/staff queries, International attendance, scores calculation and entry of our Pre-sessional students on the Student Record System (SITS), note taking and minutes typing, keeping records on spreadsheets, contact students and send welcome information, export relevant information as required by the Director of Studies and using the finance system to raise staff contracts, and PO's.
