Thesis Title

Development of a physical activity intervention for mildly frail older South Asians residing in Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

Study Summary

Luton has an ethnically diverse population, and a significant number of people aged 65 years or above. This research work focuses on this older population, particularly the mildly frail South Asians. It aims to co-design and co-produce feasible physical activities that are adaptable to their level of frailty, encourage sustained participation, have low risk of injury, and are culturally acceptable.
