Thesis Title
Can a remotely delivered adapted mind-body physical activity intervention positively impact on physical functioning, quality of life and wellbeing in older people?
About Me
With people living for longer, the distinction between life expectancy and healthy life expectancy has become more apparent. Staying active in later life has been associated with an increased healthy life expectancy. My PhD aims to assess whether a remotely delivered mind-body physical activity intervention can impact on physical functioning, quality of life and wellbeing in older people. This PhD was funded by Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living and the University of Bedfordshire.
