How to pay your fees
Payment methods and instalment plan information
It is advisable to pay your course fees(1) in advance of registration. The University accepts payments in GBP £ Sterling only.
International pre-payment of tuition fees (applicants only)
The University of Bedfordshire has partnered with Flywire to provide an online payment portal for our applicants.
To accept your offer, we require a prepayment (deposit) to progress your application further. Please refer to your offer letter for details of how to pay via our Flywire portal.
By paying this, you are accepting your offer and the University's Terms and Conditions, including our Tuition Fee Policy and Admissions Policy. Your deposit is fully refundable up until the point of CAS issuance.
Please think carefully before allowing someone to make a payment on your behalf. As required by the UK Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), refunds shall be made to the same source as that from which the original payment was received and using the same payment mechanism.

All correspondence should contain your full name and student reference number.
You will need to keep a copy of your receipt and details of your bank transfer for when you register.
Online payments
- Payment can be made online via your e:Vision account
- If you do not have an e:Vision account or have lost your username/password please contact SiD Online
- Payment is accepted via most major credit or debit cards(2)
Please note the university no longer accepts cash or cheques, and is not currently accepting payments by phone.
Payment by instalment
All students are encouraged to pay their fees in full at or before registration. If not, you must agree to a payment plan when you register (please note this is not permitted where the outstanding balance is less than £1,000 and/or the period of study is for one semester or less). The University offers one instalment plan for all self-funding students, the details of which are below.
- Six instalments: 65% at registration, followed by 5 equal monthly payments, with the first due at the start of the second full month after registration, for example:

Please note this does not apply to UK students who are in receipt of a Postgraduate Loan from the Student Loans Company, as their payment plan will be matched to the schedule of instalments that the loan is paid.

- (2) The University regrets to advise students that we are not able to accept payment by American Express or Diners Club cards.
