Dr Perry Knight
Head of School of Education
Having 20 years in Education as a Middle and Senior Leader, I have taught across contexts in secondary, all-through and special education.
To date, I have been part of a Senior Leadership Team within a new birth to 19 Academy, and more recently a 7-19 52 week residential school for young people with a primary diagnosis of Autism.
In addition, I have provided consultancy for primary schools transitioning into new Academies, early years, and strategies for working with children with ASD.
My PhD, awarded in 2014, considered different contexts of children's transition from primary to secondary education.
