Victor Akunna

Victor Akunna joined the University of Bedfordshire in 2015 as an Associate Lecturer. He enhances students' experience by focusing on making the learning environment social. This he achieves by creating a highly interactive and fun learning environment for students while leveraging a set of skills, which include communication, coaching, interpersonal, lecturing and emotional intelligence skills.

His teaching goal is to transform students by equipping them with competitive knowledge, skills and attitude for the workplace.

Victor Akunna’s experience in academia is seasoned with a practical viewpoint, having consulted for businesses in different sectors of the economy, such as manufacturing, banking, real estate management, construction and others. He also networks and leverages relationships with external stakeholders, locally and nationally, to enrich students' experience and employability skills.

His experience includes teaching and training Undergraduate, Postgraduate students and SME business owners from diverse backgrounds in the United Kingdom and overseas. At the moment, he coaches and consults with businesses in various sectors and lectures at the University of Bedfordshire Business School, UK.
