Projects

I had developed collaborations, secured funding, engaged with practitioners, professionals, and academics, written for policymakers, and presented to diverse audiences. My research so far has helped provide policy practitioners with an additional source of information in the form of evidence-based analyses, a new guidance on which they can draw when approaching challenges. For example, for my research with the Hague Institute for Global Justice, I secured external funding for a research project. Collaborating with a team of international professionals, I have led a case study that involved fieldwork, including focus group discussions and interviews in Jordan and Germany. I have analysed the social scientific literature on the likelihood of success of various policy options to provide new guidance to policy practitioners and policymakers at the state level, in international organizations, and on the ground.

I have also produced high level research relating to Middle Eastern History and Global Economics. Working for Mouseion Professors (Cambridge University’s Partner) in London, I wrote a critical analysis of 15 thousand words on David Harvey’s A Brief History of Neoliberalism, which was reviewed at Cambridge University and published on MACAT International’s ELibrary. I also produced a literature review for Overseas Development Institute (ODI), London, UK.
