Associate Dean Enterprise and Employability

Following a career in project management and management consultancy I became a member of academic staff in 2002. Initially I was responsible for the development and delivery of a number of business and management subjects including project management, management consultancy skills and organisation development.

My interest in public sector management resulted in me directing the Centre for Fire Service Research and Professional Development at Anglia Ruskin University which developed and delivered academic and training courses to the Fire and Rescue Services across the United Kingdom. In 2010 I took over the management of the Postgraduate Law courses at Anglia Ruskin University and taught on numerous business law subjects.

I joined the University of Bedfordshire in October 2013 where I took portfolio leadership for the LLM courses. I have been Head of the Department of Strategy and Management in 2014-2017 and also the Faculty lead for Corporate Education and our Apprenticeships portfolio before my current role.
