Anjali Shegunshi
Learning Development Manager
I am a UK HE certified practitioner and consultant in learning strategy and design with over 20 years of experience while working with academic institutes and corporates. I have a broad exposure in the design and implementation of innovative e-learning solutions for multi-domain subject areas such as business studies, healthcare, travel/tourism, social studies, medical science, automobile, agriculture, aviation and defence.
I am a keen follower and practitioner of the latest LearnTech trends in HCI, ISD, VLE, gamification, m-learning, BYOD and social learning.
I am an excellent team player while contributing ideas into cross-functional teams (SME, IT, UX, marketing, finance) right from conceptualisation phase to course design and delivery, using multiple pedagogical methods – self-paced, blended, F2F, apprenticeship, flipped classroom, TNE and block.
I enjoy dealing with diverse multi-cultural setup for creating global learning solutions and have had many opportunities to collaborate internationally to facilitate teaching / learning innovation for the university partners across the globe (Oman, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Poland and South Africa).
Over the years, I have acquired multiple creative and technical skills in storyboarding, navigation flow design, instructional design, web UI, infographics and multimedia assets while working with VLEs such as Blackboard, Pebblepad, Moodle and Google Classrooms.
