Dr Azadeh Pazouki

Lecturer in Economics

Azadeh PazoukiDr Azadeh Pazouki is a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Bedfordshire Business School. Before joining the University of Bedfordshire, Azadeh was a Research Associate in Labour Markets at Teesside University and held lecturing positions at Bournemouth University, De Montfort University, and the University of Winchester. With extensive teaching experience across various UK institutions, Azadeh specializes in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Finance at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her background includes a strong focus on quantitative analysis, supported by a robust research portfolio, and she has supervised many dissertation students.

She holds a PhD in Economics from Bournemouth University, where she was awarded a Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship and also achieved a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Azadeh holds an MSc in Operational Research and Finance from the University of Southampton, where she was awarded the International Mathematics Scholarship, alongside an MA in Energy Economics and a BSc in Pure Mathematics from universities in Iran.
