Dominic Morton
Lecturer in Paramedic Science
I come to the University of Bedfordshire with me 7 years post registration experience working in various different roles within the East of England Ambulance Service and 5 years with the RAF Reserves as a medic. I have worked as a frontline responder on Emergency Ambulances and Rapid Response Vehicles, and in the control room as a remote triage clinician. My most recent experience has been working in the Emergency Operations Centre as a Clinical Coordinator.
I have always had a keen interest in educating the next generation of paramedics and during my time in the ambulance service greatly enjoyed mentoring students on their placements by helping them put their theoretical knowledge into practice. I look forward to developing in my academic role and educating future professionals.
