Tomaz Fares

Lecturer in International Business

Tomaz has taught courses in International Development Studies at SOAS, University of London, and has done extensive field-based research on agribusiness and China’s relations with non-western countries. His studies concern the power struggle between agrarian capitalist classes during China’s integration into the world economy. He has published in prestigious international journals, such as the Journal of Peasant Studies and the Journal of Agrarian Change.
