Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management

Khalid Samara

I am a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Strategy and Management and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the British Computer Society. I teach a variety of strategic management subjects on both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. I am passionate in teaching in the areas of change management, leadership, and information systems strategy. My research is inter-disciplinary and focuses on the interplay between organisational change behaviours and individual differences to knowledge management sharing practices. I am also currently the course leader for the MBA with Placement Dissertation.

At the same time, I have experience in business consultancy and currently working on projects focused primarily on Business Integration, providing different solutions on how to manage and maintain integration and communication across different systems in the organisation.
