Dian Wang
Lecturer in Business Management
A brief bio Dian Wang is a lecturer in Business Management at the Graduate School of Business, University of Bedfordshire. His research is cantered around entrepreneurship, social perceptions and market signals with a specific emphasis on micro-enterprises. Leveraging diverse methodologies, Dian focuses on experimental design and computational methods to advance his work. He has actively engaged in field studies, collaborating with MSMEs and family businesses across international settings, including China, the UK, Canada, and Saudi Arabia.
Dian joined the Bangor Business School in Changsha, China in Feb 2022. He taught Business programmes. Dian is also the visiting faculty member and the Postgraduate Supervisor in the Chester Business School.
Prior to joining the Bangor China operation, he has been a research staff in the Business Research Institute at University of Chester for since 2017. Dian earned his doctorate in three years. Dr Wang is an active SME researcher disseminating several research outputs in British Academy of Management, Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and other established conferences internationally.
