Asad Ullah

Lecturer in Computer Science

Mr Asad Ullah is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science. With over a decade of experience in Software Engineering, he brings a wealth of practical machine learning and software engineering expertise to the University of Bedfordshire.

Throughout his career, Asad has successfully completed numerous projects in the health and finance sector, involving developing and maintaining web applications and machine learning solutions. His extensive expertise spans a variety of programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, and Python. Combining industry knowledge with academic rigor, he offers students a unique perspective on the latest trends and technologies in software engineering, web development, and machine learning.

Qualifications

Asad conducted four years of focused research on user behaviour analysis on search engines from 2014 to 2018 during his PhD studies. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Security and Forensics from the University of Bedfordshire.

    • Applies AI theories to practical problems.

    • Applying advanced machine learning and deep learning methods to address challenges in the health and e-commerce sectors, enhancing applications with innovative solutions.
  • Data-driven solutions in Health and E-commerce:
    • Focused on leveraging machine learning to analyse data from healthcare and e-commerce platforms, aiming to develop solutions that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Machine Learning in Software Development:
    • Concentrating on the application of machine learning to enhance the capabilities of developers and coders, focusing on improving software development practices and the coding process through AI.
