Business Engagement
Our practice-based Business School is proud of its vibrant relationships with businesses and community organisations from not only across our region but also in the national and international arenas. We have developed an integrative approach to our undergraduate and postgraduate courses that embeds practice intelligence as a means of delivering social, cultural and economic impact across our campuses, communities and international partners. Through our links with our business community we support our students learn an approach to business that integrates academic rigour within a practice based context. This approach is one which ultimately focuses the learner not only on the challenge but the means by which business and management problems may be resolved.
Business and community associates deliver case studies to students, give one-off lectures and offer company visits and support a range of development project projects: all activities that embed practice to enhance employability for our students.
