Dr Janey Gordon
Principal Lecturer in Journalism and Communications
I specialise in Radio and I started the University's community radio station Radio LaB 97.1fm which is now into its second licence.
I have a background as a professional radio broadcaster and started in radio as a BBC studio manager before going on to produce in schools radio and then into BBC local radio.
If I am not in a radio studio, I am most often found somewhere underwater, as I am a keen scuba diver and a PADI Master Instructor. I am particularly fond of sharks.
