I started my career as Human Rights Lawyer representing Refugees and Asylum Seekers. Following this, I diversified into Training & Education working with individuals, charities, the public sector and academic institutions delivering training in the areas of Personal Development and Employability skills. I created material and delivered group and one to one coaching/mentoring/training sessions in Hertfordshire organisations such as the DWP, FE Colleges and Charities. I played a vital role in the EU Funded Pathway to Employment/Success Programme rolled out in Hertfordshire .
I have worked as a Vulnerable Victims Case Manager & Domestic Abuse Lead giving practical and emotional support to vulnerable victims of crime. I am passionate about working with the vulnerable and marginalised.
I am a qualified Restorative Justice Facilitator for Complex & Sensitive Cases and also the Trustee of an Africa-Focused Anti-human Trafficking Charity.
