Explore to what extent:
- The assessment process was followed appropriately.
- Feedback provided was appropriate and timely.
- There is sufficient evidence that achievement has been confidently confirmed.
- The scenario is transferable to your own clinical area – if so why; if not why not.
Lastly, think about what you, as a Practice Assessor, would have done differently and why.
