WISEflow guidance

The University of Bedfordshire digital exams platform is called WISEflow. This is the system chosen by the University for all exams. WISEflow ensures a secure, efficient, and user-friendly exam experience, allowing you to focus on demonstrating your knowledge and skills.
At the University of Bedfordshire, all formal examinations are conducted through our Digital Examinations Environment, WISEflow
On this webpage we will help you get started with WISEflow and provide detailed instructions for each type of exam you may encounter.
Links to access your exam are usually at anytime before an exam is set to sit. The link will be sent to your university email address (firstname.surname@study.beds.ac.uk).
Sometimes these emails will be picked up by the SPAM detector so remember to check your junk folder.
You can still access your exam by logging into WISEflow directly.
Follow these steps:
- Type into google europe.wiseflow.net/login
- Click “search for your institution” and type in 'Bed' for Bedfordshire.
- Click the Microsoft button and log in with your university email address (firstname.surname@study.beds.ac.uk).
- Your password will be the same as the one you use to access BREO.
- If you have forgotten your password, you will need to perform a Password Reset
If you encounter any issues with resetting your password, please contact the SiD Team at sid@beds.ac.uk or call 0300 300 0042 to reset your account before your exam.

Once you've logged in:
Once you're logged into WISEflow you can familiarise yourself with the system.
In WISEflow all students who are taking an examination are called a participant.
Head over to the participant tab, where you can see all your active exam flows.
In WISEflow all exams are called 'flows'.
When the flow is "open for participation, you can click on the flow and engage with your examination.
Please take note of when your exam will end and ensure you follow the submission process and submit your exam paper before the exam end time.
