Yes. There is a toilet located on the ground floor of the Post-Graduate Centre, adjacent to the canteen area.
If you cannot find it, someone at the registration desk will be able to guide you.

Yes, there are two coat racks dedicated to the event located next to the registration desk.
Yes, if you have your own bottle there are refilling stations located throughout the building. Glasses of water will also be available during the refreshment breaks.
All refreshments will be served in the canteen area on the ground floor of the Post-Graduate Centre at the following times:
12:00 - Buffet lunch
14:30 - Tea break
16:40 - Wine reception
Please connect to Guest UoB wifi using the instructions found on the conference tables.
Please speak to a member of the event team and they will ensure that the photographer is informed.
The first scheduled talk will begin at 13:05.
The last programmed speech is due to finish at 16:40, but drinks will be served afterwards until 17:30
