Leanne's Bio

>With more than 13 years’ experience in mainframes, systems engineering and cybersecurity, I lead Vertali’s mainframe technical delivery of security and infrastructure projects. My role is to help Vertali clients and their teams around the world to secure, protect and optimize their mainframe infrastructure and related applications.

My role includes supervising and supporting mainframe trainees as part of our New To Z (NTZ) initiative. I am a passionate advocate for mentoring, education, and giving back to the mainframe community. I recently became Conference Manager for Guide Share Europe (GSE) UK – the essential IT knowledge network.

An ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), I completed an MSC in cybersecurity in 2023. I regularly speak and present technical sessions at industry events, and write articles for channels such as SHARE’d Intelligence, Planet Mainframe and TechChannel.
