Service Desk
We have a CST Service Desk that can be contacted by emailing: csttech@beds.ac.uk
Please use your student email account and include your student number, course title, and a brief description of the your request or problem.
The Service Desk can be used to log requests you may have regarding software/hardware problems or login issues within the CST Labs, also for queries relating to the study pods, or queries about booking equipment.

About Us
The School has ten labs in the C block and a further eight Labs in the New STEM building, including a number of study pods for our students to use to study and learn. Our labs varying in capabilities from small specialist labs for Digital Security and Forensic Room to 142 seat teaching labs.
In addition to the above, in the A block we have a specialist lab known as the Rohde and Schwarz Telecommunications Lab
The school also has a computer engineering lab at the University's campus in Milton Keynes.
